EB5 United is pleased to share that our I-956F-approved Priority Processing Rural EB-5 Project, Cormont at Deer Valley East Village, has achieved its $224.8MM Target EB-5 Raise. This does not mean the offering is closed. Here’s exactly where that leaves the offering.
281 investors was the Target, not the ceiling. The $224.8MM Target EB‑5 Raise is met. Reaching it locks the EB‑5 loan into the senior position for every participating investor.
Cormont accepts up to 656 investors. At $800K each, that is a Max Raise of $524.8MM. New investors join the same senior‑secured position.
Every new investor strengthens the deal. Each $800K EB‑5 investment reduces required C‑PACE dollar for dollar.
Bottom line. The senior position is secured, and the door is open through the Max Raise. Every investor who joins now only strengthens the EB‑5 loan’s position on Cormont.
Dates every EB-5 investor should know about.
Choosing the right Project also means acting inside the right window. The Regional Center program runs on a fixed statutory clock set by Congress, and it applies no matter which Project an investor ultimately selects.
File the I-526E petition by this date to lock in eligibility under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.
EB-5 minimum investment amounts are scheduled to increase.
The Regional Center program will sunset unless Congress reauthorizes it by this date.
Filing before these statutory deadlines protects an investor’s eligibility, the lower investment threshold, and the path to a Conditional Green Card under the current Regional Center program.
EB5 United applies the same rigorous due diligence standard to every Project it sponsors. That discipline is reflected in the numbers.
