Brennan Sim

Brennan has been working in the EB-5 industry since 2013 and has personally been involved in projects raising more than $1.45+ billion of EB-5 Capital. Brennan possesses the ability to adapt to other cultures, find common ground with others, and build strong foundations for business development. After operating another Regional Center for 5 years, Brennan joined EB5 United in 2018 with a desire to add value to the group.

Brennan received his B.S. in Finance and Master of Business Administration from the University of South Alabama. He was a Graduate Assistant Wide Receivers coach for South Alabama’s football team while getting his MBA. After grad school, he worked as a Financial Advisor, where he developed knowledge that has translated well into the EB-5 industry.
