Duncan Fuller

Duncan Fuller facilitates global sales and development initiatives at EB5 United, including project oversight, investor relationships, and the expansion of the firm’s global reach. He brings a background in construction, real estate development, and investment, playing a key role in advancing EB5 United’s work with global investors and domestic development partners.

Since joining the firm, he has contributed to over $1 billion in EB-5 capital raised across multiple active and completed development assets.

Prior to EB5 United, Duncan worked for a major heavy civil contractor, managing large-scale infrastructure projects, and later joined Holland Partner Group, a multifamily developer with over $20 billion in transaction volume.

He holds a B.S. in Property Development and Finance from the University of Denver.
