USCIS recently published an update regarding adjudication times for Immigrant Petitions by Alien Entrepreneurs also known as the I-526E form.
According to the officially released data processing times for I-526E petitions in FY 2020 (chart uses data from October 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020) have substantially decreased to average 14.1months. This is a significant wait time reduction from an average of 19.8 months in FY 2019, which means 2020 is realizing the fastest adjudication times in the past 5 years.
We at EB5 United praise this new development and are confident that many EB-5 investors will welcome and appreciate the progress made by USCIS in adjudication times.
