EB-5 Program Renewed
President Trump signed a temporary funding measure into law on September 30, 2020, which avoids a government shutdown and keeps the US agencies operating through December 11, 2020.
The Continuing Appropriations Act, 2021 and Other Extensions Act H.R.8337 allows funding to the US government through December 11, 2020 and confirms the prolongation of the EB-5 Regional Center Program, among other programs.
We at EB5 United welcome this measure and trust that the EB-5 program will remain a successful instrument for economic growth and recovery during the ongoing pandemic. Our team continues to work jointly with our partners on behalf of our investors to ensure their successful immigration to the USA and make their lifelong dreams come true.
We are looking forward to the long-term reauthorization of the program by the end of the year.
If you have any questions, please contact our team.
