EB5 United is happy to announce the revival of the EB-5 Regional Center Program. Today President Biden will sign the 2022 Omnibus package containing the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.
EB5 United is proud to have supported and worked with the American Immigrant Investor Alliance (AIIA) on the grandfathering of all existing investors. Thanks to the lobbying efforts of the organization, the grandfathering language proposed has made it onto Section 8 of the EB-5 Reform bill. This language ensures that any future lapse in the program will no longer impact the processing of petitions or issuance of visas. EB5 United encourages you to support AIIA on their advocacy efforts for better treatment of all existing EB-5 investors.
