Multiple rural i526e approvals in less than 3 months

EB5 United’s rural One&Only project has been the largest successful raise completed under the renewed EB-5 program. It received I-956F project approval in just 11 months and has now received multiple investor I-526E approvals in less than 3 months. We have received an additional 10 I-526E Approvals in the past week totaling 23 I-526E Approvals to date (09/21/2023) averaging 6 months per approval.

The success of the One&Only project builds on EB5 United’s successful track record for projects and investor approvals in the Big Sky area. We are pleased to continue our efforts with the fourth EB-5 project in Big Sky. Our newest rural offering, Yellowstone Club Phase II, has recently been launched and has been well received in the market. We are actively engaging with qualified EB-5 investors. This project benefits from the same priority processing benefit that One&Only received, allowing investors to proceed confidently with their EB-5 process. We anticipate that the Yellowstone Club Phase II will provide a continued successful path to immigration and repayment!
