One&Only Project recently received I-526E Approval in a record 30 Days!
EB5 United’s rural One&Only project has been the largest successful raise completed under the renewed EB-5 program. The Project received I-956F project approval in just 11 months and has now received 50+ investor I-526E approvals averaging less than 6 months per approval, the shortest I-526E approval in 30 days.
The success of the One&Only project builds on EB5 United’s successful track record for projects and investor approvals in the Big Sky area. We are pleased to continue our efforts with the fourth EB-5 project in Big Sky. Our newest rural offering, Yellowstone Club Phase II, has recently been launched and has been well received in the market. We are actively engaging with qualified EB-5 investors. This project benefits from the same priority processing benefit that One&Only received, allowing investors to proceed confidently with their EB-5 process.
