Less than 1.5 Years to Green Card, Rural Priority Processing is Working!
We at EB5 United are thrilled to announce that an investor in our Rural TEA One&Only project has received an I-485 Adjustment of Status Approval! The entire process from filing the I-526E to receiving his Green Card took an incredibly short 16 months, showing the benefit of investing into a Rural designated Targeted Employment Area. In addition to this momentous Green Card delivery, EB5 United’s One&Only project now has 70+ investors with I-526E Approvals. These Approvals have come in an average of 6 months with the fastest being only 30 days! Coupling these I-526E Approvals with USCIS’s short I-485 processing time shows that we are truly in an incredible time in the EB-5 industry.
Although our One&Only offering has been fully subscribed, EB5 United has two open best-in-class investment offerings that qualify as Rural and as a result will offer the same benefits: the Yellowstone Club Phase 2 and Lakefront Estates and Villas. Both projects benefit from the same priority processing that One&Only received, allowing investors to proceed confidently with their EB-5 process. We anticipate that the Yellowstone Club and Lakefront projects will provide a continued successful path to immigration and repayment!
If you have any questions or need more information, please do not hesitate to contact your EB5 United representative. We look forward to helping you achieve your immigration goals.
